Dear Mr Roop,
Over the past several weeks, I have been assisted by Mr. Ezra Androus of your staff in searching throughout the Annapolis area for another boat to purchase. In summary, this experience has been very positive! Mr. Androus has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the boats presented for my consideration and willing to devote the time necessary to locate a suitable boat. In addition, his honesty and integrity in dealing with me, as well as his professional comments regarding other brokers in the area were particularly noteworthy. I found his attitude and conduct to be not only professional but also refreshing.
Unfortunately for Ezra and Annapolis Motor Yachts, I unexpectedly found a boat at the recent Annapolis Boat Show that I “fell in love with” and purchased through the boat show broker. This action was in no way a reflection on Ezra’s efforts. Whenever asked in the future, I will certainly provide a very positive recommendation for both Ezra and your organization.
